Clean hotel, cheap rooms, strategic and very convenience location close to transportation hub. The rooms with double bed and an extra of RM20 and complete amenities, very helpful staff at the receptionist. A lot of options, good food. Early check in and late check out. No charge for wake up service and ironing too. Location near to Sentral, shopping mall and train station/monorail/bus stop and a Chinese restaurant serving seafood.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the staff members were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to assist me with any requests. Secondly, the location was ideal, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of nearby restaurants and shops. Lastly, the room was clean and well-equipped, with a comfortable double bed and a warm shower. Plus, having breakfast included in the room rate was a great bonus. I couldn't ask for more!

All in all, everything was more than satisfactory.
